Objective: To increase trade booth traffic and
generate sales leads.
Strategy and Execution: A pre-trade
show package was sent to 250 targeted accounts. Inside, with the
theme, "Profit-saving solutions to shrinkage control," was a corked
glass bottle filled with shredded money and an invitation to visit
the company's booth to receive a free gift. Those who returned the
invitation to the booth and watched a product demonstration were
given a magic bank with the slogan "Profits Reappear With Knogo."
Participants watched their money "disappear" into the magic bank,
and were then shown how to make their money "reappear." As a follow
up to the show, attendes were presented a large $100 bill mirrored
wall calendar to remind them all year long to "See Yourself in the
Money with Knogo's Loss Prevention Solutions."
Results: It was reported
that there was a 37% increase in attendance of targeted accounts
over previous shows and a similar increase in
sales.
