Purple Elephant Promotions is in the process of
establishing a network of professionals to represent us in local communities. We
currently have two types of relationships available... Profit Partners &
Authorized Dealers.
A Profit Partnership is a relationship between Purple
Elephant Promotions and an established business or salesperson, somehow related
to promotional products. Another name for a profit partner could be "re-seller."
We require partners to be attentive to quality and have at least minimal
knowledge of artwork, imprinting processes, and/or marketing and advertising.
Some related businesses that are good matches for us include: Promotional
Products Consultants with previous experience, Promotional Products Distributors
with existing name recognition, Silk Screen Printers, Embroiderers, Commercial
Printers, Sign Makers, Advertising Agencies, Graphic Designers, Copy/print
shops, Trophy & Engravers, Printing Brokers, Newspaper-Radio-Television
Advertising Salespeople.
We have established a number of "Profit Partnerships" with
people in related businesses in diverse geographic areas. These profit
partnerships allow us to serve geographic areas "in person," and they provide an
additional income stream (for little investment) for our partners. In the Profit
Partner relationship, Purple Elephant Promotions is "invisible" to your end
user/customer. The partner business is our client and all invoicing, shipments
and communication occurs between us and the partner. The partner carries all
accounts and handles all cash flow issues.

An Authorized Dealer relationship is similar in many ways
to a profit partnership with some important differences. Local representatives
use the Purple Elephant logo on business cards, promotional materials, etc.
Purple Elephant (PEP) carries client accounts, and all billing, shipping etc.
involves transactions directly between PEP and the end user. This relationship
allows PEP to support local marketing efforts through economies of scale related
to higher quantities for self promotional materials and collateral. Authorized
Dealers are expected to devote significant time to developing their promotional
products business and are required to meet performance and sales minimums in
order to maintain an affiliation with PEP.
An Authorized Dealer is NOT an employee of Purple Elephant,
but rather an independent contractor, responsible for all applicable taxes and
reporting.
Individuals who have been successful sales people for other
promotional products distributors, current promotional products distributors, or
related businesses are excellent candidates for PEP Authorized Dealer
